John "Reese" Boatman

John R. "Reese" Boatman, 82, of Silverthorne, Colo., and a winter visitor to Casa Grande, died on Feb. 22, 2014, in Casa Grande.

Mr. Boatman was born on March 10, 1931, in Denver. He was co-owner for many years of of a dairy business known for home delivery of milk in glass bottles. He and his wife traveled much of the United States in their fifth-wheel rig. He was devoted to his family and really cared for others.

Survivors include his wife, Betty; two daughters, Vicki Boatman Parmley of Wheatland, Wyo., and Cindy Boatman of Fuita, Colo.; a brother, Hugh "Eddie" Boatman of Denver; three grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
