John Adams

John Gordon Adams, 82, of Casa Grande died on Sept. 7, 2012, at Veteran's Hospital - Hospice Facility in Tucson.
A private service is planned, with burial in Florence Cemetery.
Mr. Adams was born on July 17, 1930, in Adair, Okla., and was a son of John L. Adams and Bessie Nordin. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War and an auto mechanic. He enjoyed fishing, dancing, singing and having a good time. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Survivors include two daughters, Barbara J. Boyd of Casa Grande and Sharon K. Ellis of Sparks, Nev.; four sisters, Doris E. and Nina F. Adams and Shirley A. Martin, all of Coolidge, and Lois E. Parker of Casa Grande; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lois J.
J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud Coolidge Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
