James Riggs

MARICOPA - James Riggs, 28, of Maricopa died on Aug. 31, 2014, at home.

Mr. Riggs was born on Aug. 28, 1986, in Chicago and worked as a restaurant food server. He was devoted to his family. Never quiet, he had a "large personality" and a smile that was contagious.

Survivors include his fiancee, Caron Scheeler of Maricopa; a daughter, McKaylia Riggs of Bullhead City; his parents, James Riggs Sr. of Maricopa and Debra Riggs of Chicago; and two sisters, Jennifer Snowball of Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, and Rene Hunter of Chicago.

The service will be held later.
