James Kenneth "Jim" Moe

MARICOPA - James Kenneth "Jim" Moe, 69, died peacefully at home in Maricopa on Dec. 25, 2018.

Mr. Moe was born in Deadwood, South Dakota, on Dec. 23, 1949, to Clement and Cathryn Moe. He grew up in Southern California and moved to Arizona in 1974. He married the love of his life, Suzette (LaFuze) Moe, in 1977. They raised four children, Rachael Moe (Reed), Erik Moe, Elisabeth Moe (Cooney) and Matthew Moe, in Maricopa.

He loved deep sea fishing and hunting. He retired in 2015 and enjoyed working in his yard and garden almost daily. His greatest love was his family, especially his 11 grandchildren.

Service at 1 p.m. on Jan. 19 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Maricopa.
