HICKIWAN VILLAGE — Israel Alexander Miranda, 22, of Hickiwan died on Feb. 15, 2010.
The wake will begin at 5 p.m. Friday at the Deborah Jose home in Hickiwan. The graveside service will be at 8 a.m. Saturday in Stua Bidag Cemetery near Ajo, with Stanley Rios officiating.
Mr. Miranda was born on April 25, 1987 in Tucson. He worked in landscaping. He also was an artist working in three-dimensional pencil drawing and a tattoo artist. He loved his friends, music and family. His favorite thing was barbecuing ribs.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Deborah Jose-Tashquinth and Gregory Tashquinth of Hickiwan; his father and stepmother, Patrick and Madge Miranda of Tucson; two brothers, Ruben Reino of Casa Grande and Lucas Miranda of Tucson; seven sisters, Pvt. Candice Miranda, Kristin Jackson, Annalisa Reino, Alexanderia Conde, Darinda Conde and Zavanna Jose, all of Casa Grande, and Simone Miranda of Tucson; his grandmother, Daisy Medina of Casa Grande; and great-grandmother, Victoria Jose of Sacaton.
