Hortencia G. Felix

ARIZONA CITY - Hortencia G. Felix, 80, of Arizona City died peacefully, with her family by her side, on Jan. 21, 2020, at Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa.

Mrs. Felix was born on Dec. 15, 1939, in the small southern Arizona town of San Miguel to Antonio and Mary (Dominguez) Garcia. She was devoted to her family.

Survivors include five daughters, Mary Lou Greenley, Betty Blue, Consuelo Arreola, Clara and Ramona Felix; two sons, Lupe Felix and Joe Soto; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernesto; a daughter, Theresa Felix; and a son, Edward Felix.

Visitation beginning at 9 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 31, at St. Helen of the Cross Catholic Church in Eloy, with rosary recited at 10 and funeral Mass celebrated at 10:30. Burial in Eloy Memorial Park.
