Herold Fletcher Self

He was born in Erick, Okla.; the son of James and Merle Self. He was a footbal quarterback at Casa Grande Union High School and during the early '50s, at the future Arizona State University. He was a rancher and raised cotton in the Tri-Valley area for more than 50 years. He enjoyed roping and was a sheriff's posse member for many years. He was a member of casa Grande Valley Elks Lodge.
