Grace Mae Shelton

Grace Mae "Gay" Shelton, 80, of Casa Grande died Aug. 17, 2007 in Chandler, with her family by her side.

Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Friday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Kortsen Meeting House, with the funeral following at 11. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery.

Mrs. Shelton was born Feb. 22, 1927 in Tyrone, Okla., the youngest daughter of William and Fetna Crile. She moved to Michigan at age 2. She married and moved to Phoenix in 1958, and the family moved to Casa Grande in 1969. She was a longtime member of the LDS Church.

Survivors include her husband, Carl; two daughters, Carol Wilson and Dee Kleinman; two sons, Loren and Eric Shelton; 16 grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
