Mr. Sam was born on Nov. 2, 1966, in Phoenix to Frank Sam and Armida Mattia. He was a very smart and funny person who loved his family, friends and cats.
He loved music, and his favorite TV show was "The Big Bang Theory."
He is survived by four nieces and nephews.
