Frank Bird Oldham

Born in Phoenix, AZ. He served in the US Marine Corp and received an honorable discharge in 1963. He then began a long career in law enforcement, where he held the positions of police officer, corrections officer, sergeant, leiutenant, captain and acting warden. He was admired by his colleagues and family.
