Floyd O. Millspaugh

Born is Muskogee, Okla., he was an Army veteran of WWII, serving from '43-'45 int the Pacific and recieved an honorable discharge. He moved to Casa Grande to work on cotton farms while attending school on the GI Bill. He later became a heavy-equipment operator for Southwest Gas Corp. and worked there until retirement. He had a good sense of humor and enjoyed horse and dog races. His most enjoyable time was spent with his family. He was a friend to all.
