Eunice Gackle

Eunice Jean Gackle, 80, of Casa Grande died Aug. 29, 2009 at home.

The graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Coolidge Valley Memorial Park.

Mrs. Gackle was born Oct. 9, 1928 in Ottumwa, Iowa, and was a daughter of Howard and Mildred Brown. She was a teacher in North Dakota, Minnesota and Casa Grande, retiring at Casa Grande Junior High School in 1991. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Casa Grande.

Survivors include two daughters, Vicki L. Ebelsheiser and Lisa Bilbie of Casa Grande; a sister, Madeline Richardson of Casa Grande; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger; two brothers, Thomas Spilman and Howard Brown; and a granddaughter, Brenda Ebelsheiser.
