Emmett Crain

ELOY - Emmett D. Crain, 78, of Eloy died on Aug. 3, 2015, at Oasis Pavilion Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Casa Grande.

Mr. Crain was born on June 14, 1937, in Denver and was a son of Bernice and Emmett Crain Sr. He served in the Navy and later was a senior insurance underwriter. 
He was a sports enthusiast, especially in golf and pickleball, and coached for many years, teaching life values. Most of all, he loved his family and was devoted to them. He enjoyed music and playing various instruments.

Survivors include his wife, Carol D.; three sons, Noel R. Crain of Highland, California, Jay L. Crain of Dallas and Troy A. Crain of Denver; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by a son, Mark T. Crain.
