Eleanor Araujo

FLORENCE — Eleanor R. Araujo, 72, of Florence died on Nov. 11, 2011, in Mesa.
Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Friday at Assumption Catholic Church, with rosary recited at 10. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. by the Rev. Jose Maria Corvera. Burial will be in Florence Cemetery.
Ms. Araujo was born on Dec. 19, 1938, in Florence and was a daughter of Francisco S. and Virginia Araujo. She worked at the Florence hospital for 15 years, then another 15 in food service for the Florence Unified School District before retirement. She had a big heart and loved her brothers and sisters.
Survivors include a brother, Manuel Araujo of Florence, and a sister, Virginia Araujo of Florence. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Pancho and Floyd Araujo, and a sister, Lupita Araujo.
