Eldina Jose

CHUICHU — Eldina Theresa Jose, 60, died on Jan. 19, 2011, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Tucson.
The wake will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday at the family home. The graveside service will be at 4 p.m. Saturday in North ChuiChu Cemetery.
Mrs. Jose was born on July 12, 1950, in San Xavier. She formerly worked at Holiday Inn and Francisco Grande Hotel & Golf Resort and was a devoted member of Native Christian Fellowship. She loved the Los Angeles Lakers and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include her husband, George C.; a son, Donnie Jose Sr. of ChuiChu Village; a daughter, Joyce L. Jose of ChuiChu; two sisters, Elnora Thomas and Lyda Dykes of ChuiChu; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rufus Thomas and Elsie Pedro; a son, Lonnie Jose; and three brothers, Alfred, Larry and Gilbert Thomas.
