Edward Peterzak

Edward James Peterzak, 90, of Casa Grande died at home on Aug. 13, 2014.

The celebration of life will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1677.

Mr. Peterzak was born on Oct. 6, 1923, in Chicago and was a son of James Peterzak and Katherine Borhorski. He served in the Army during World War II and later ran the Allen Keith furniture factory in Arizona City. Later he became a salesman. He loved to dance and attended many dances in Casa Grande. He had many friends.

Survivors include a daughter, Debbie Cunningham of Casa Grande; a son, Kurt Pietrzak of Maricopa; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Anne; a daughter, Nancy Pietrzak; three brothers; and three sisters.
