Dustin Angel Hernandez

Dustin Angel "DJ" Hernandez Jr., 4-month-old son of Vanessa Ford and Dustin Hernandez Sr. of Casa Grande, died Feb. 28, 2009 in Casa Grande.


Visitation will begin at noon Saturday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel. The funeral will follow at 1, with the Rev. R.B. Fowler officiating. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery.

Dustin was born Oct. 4, 2008 in Casa Grande.

Other survivors include four brothers, Darious, Darian, Devin and Gabriel Hernandez, all of Casa Grande, and grandparents, Teena Gilger, Edward Ford and Elisa Antone, all of Casa Grande. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Joe A. Hernandez.
