Dr. Rodolfo Pina

CASA GRANDE - Dr. Rodolfo Pina, 62, died on Nov. 3, 2019.

Dr. Pina was born on May 15, 1957, to Heligardo and Leucrecia Pina in Douglas. He attended the University of Wisconsin, where he received a doctorate to practice medicine.

He practiced in Casa Grande for the past 10 years and was a caring, loving, kind and patient man who touched the hearts of many. He was devoted to his family.

He is survived by his wife, Shelleylynn Joyner-Pina; six daughters and sons, Clarice Matt of McLean, Virginia, Cameron Pina of Peoria, Alexander Pina of Tuba City, Nicole Joyner-Springer of Peoria, Jordan Pina of Shiprock, New Mexico, and Daniel Joyner of Pittsburgh; six siblings, Miguel Pina, Mario Pina, Leonard Pina, Roberto Pina, Argelia Pina and Alvaro Pina; and eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Rigoberto.

Visitation beginning at 4 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 11, at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel. Service there at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 12. Burial in Mountain View Cemetery.
