MARICOPA - Donald Ray Durant, 58, of Maricopa died Sept 18, 2007.


A private service is planned.

Mr. Durant was born Aug. 15, 1949 in Bakersfield, Calif. He was a Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War and worked for Deans Foods for 23 years before retirement last October. He enjoyed camping, fishing and playing golf.

Survivors include his wife of 36 years, Linda; two daughters, Shellie Tanori of Claremont, Calif., and Jennifer Serria of Victorville, Calif.; a son, Christopher Durant of Hisperia, Calif.; a sister, Linda Horton of Mesa; a brother, Charles Durant of California; his stepfather, Roger Griner of Hanford, Calif.; and 12 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Donna and Charles Durant.
