Donald J. Tiemeyer

Donald J. Tiemeyer, 75, of Casa Grande died Sept. 15, 2009 at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Monday at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church by the Rev. Felix Rodriguez. Burial will be in National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road in Phoenix.

Mr. Tiemeyer was born June 20, 1934 in the Bronx, N.Y., and was a son of Henry and Irene Tiemeyer. He served in the Air Force and was a scale master in chemical manufacturing. He enjoyed his family, especially his grandchildren, and baseball.

Survivors include his wife, Marta R.; a daughter, Donna Dioses of Casa Grande; and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Laurence Tiemeyer, and a sister, June Macaluso.
