Donald Dumford

Donald Lee Dumford, 71, of Casa Grande died on Nov. 6, 2011, at home.
Mr. Dumford was born on April 24, 1940, in Batavia, Ohio. He was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War, a foreman for a core drilling company, a great father and loving uncle. He was known for his humor and hard work. He was a passionate and proud man who loved all his family. He also was a master carpenter who could make or fix about anything. He was an avid basketball fan and loved the Arizona Diamondbacks.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Irene; a son, Dutch Dumford of Casa Grande; and three sisters, Hazel of Alabama, Shirley and Connie of Ohio. He was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
No service will be held at his request.
