David Valencia

David Valencia, 60, of Casa Grande died on June 24, 2015, at Banner Casa Grande Medical Center.

Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Friday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Mountain View Chapel.

Mr. Valencia was born on July 15, 1954, in Casa Grande. He was a construction worker and enjoyed fishing, playing horseshoes and listening to music. He loved to spend time with his family and especially his grandkids. He was quite the joker.

Survivors include three sons, David Valencia III, Daniel and Enrique Valencia, all of Casa Grande; two daughters, Alicia and Teresa Valencia of Casa Grande; two brothers, Martin Fernandez of South Dakota and Louie Fernandez of Oregon; four sisters, Gloria Carrisalez, Sandra Decota, Rosalee Fernandez and Hope Sopha, all of Casa Grande; 18 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, David Valencia and Anna Maria Requena; a brother, Ernie Archuleta; and a sister, Margaret Carcamo.
