Cordell Nish

CHANDLER HEIGHTS VILLAGE — Cordell Ernest Nish, 57, died on Feb. 11, 2012, in Phoenix.
Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Friday at the family home. A rosary service and wake will begin at 6 p.m. at St. Anne feast house. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 8 a.m. Saturday at St. Anne Catholic Mission by the Rev. Ed Meulemans. Burial will be in St. Anne Catholic Cemetery.
Mr. Nish was born on June 16, 1954. He was a truck driver and worked 25 years for Fetizona. He was active in the Gila River Indian Community and was a church leader at St. Anne Mission in Santan.
Survivors include his wife, Victoria; two sons, Frank and Vince Nish of Chandler Heights Village; two daughters, Rose Jose and Sharon Miller of Chandler Heights Village; a brother, Daniel Nish of Chandler Heights Village; and nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Lohania Nish, and five sisters.
