Constance "Connie" Philma Philma Valenzuela Gonzalez

BLACKWATER - Constance "Connie" Philma Valenzuela Gonzalez, 82, of Blackwater died on May 7, 2020.

Ms. Gonzalez was born on Jan. 6, 1938, in Upper Santan and was a daughter of Juan E. Antone and Christine A. Woods. She was a loving, giving person who loved spending time with her family and friends.

She enjoyed sitting outside in her yard in the sun. She loved playing bingo, gardening, gospel music and feeding the birds.

Survivors include six daughters and sons, Carol Tapia, John Antone, Samuel Florez, Sandra Florez, Sheila Antone and Angel Rodriguez; three siblings, Catherine A. Zepeda, Corine E. Jimenez and Sharon K. Gonzales; 36 grandchildren; 62 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, Carlos and Jose Rodriguez, and four siblings, Linda Antone, Charlotte Lopez, Richard Antone and Lloyd Manuel Jr.

Wake beginning at 6 p.m. on Friday, May 15, at the District 1 Service Center. Graveside service at 6 a.m. on Saturday, May 16, in St. Anne Catholic Cemetery in Upper Santan.
