Clement Thomas

CUCKELBUR VILLAGE - Clement Alphonse Thomas, 71, of Cuckelbur died on Nov. 24, 2013, at Casa Grande Regional Medical Center.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 6 p.m. Saturday at the Molina home in Cuckelbur, with rosary recited at 7. A wake will follow. Burial will be early Sunday in Cuckelbur Cemetery.
Mr. Thomas was born on May 3, 1942, in Cuckelbur and was a son of Francis Thomas and Agnes Joaquin. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War and later was a law enforcement officer for the Pima County Sheriff’s Department and Tohono O’odham Nation.
Survivors include three sons, Jeffrey Thomas of Santan, Russell Thomas of Tucson and Patrick Thomas of Independence, Mo.; a daughter, Neva Thomas of Sells; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three brothers.
