Clair Scott

ELOY — Clair Carlton Scott, 89, of Eloy died on Aug. 23, 2010, at Hospice Family Care in Casa Grande.
The celebration of life will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sept. 16 at J. Warren Funeral Services, Valley Chapel, with Mike Simpson and James Patterson officiating.
Mr. Scott was born on Aug. 6, 1921, in Moville, Iowa. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a teacher in Eloy from 1958 until his retirement in 1983 and was an elder of The King’s Word Ministries. He loved baseball, being around people and also work he did on the school yearbook and photography.
Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Mildred C., and a sister, Ruth Fowler. He was preceded in death by a sister, Ethlyn Kolbe.
