Charlotte F. Ballard

GLENDALE - Charlotte Fay Ballard, 78, of Glendale died Nov. 3, 2008.

A service will be held later in Canyon de Chelly.

Mrs. Ballard was born in Chalfont, Pa. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include a daughter, Vickie L. Albrigo of Avondale; a son, Steven M. Ballard of Arizona City; her mother, Frances Umstead of Cheapeake, Va.; a sister, Lois Wesley of Chesapeake; four grandchildren; and five great-grandsons. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Roy, and her father, Frank Umstead.
