Charles "Chuck" Euchner

Charles R. "Chuck" Euchner, 83, of Casa Grande died on Nov. 19, 2014, at home.

Visitation was from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Cole & Maud The Gardens Chapel. The funeral there will be at 10 a.m. today, with Pastor Mark Hoffman officiating. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery.

Mr. Euchner was born on Jan. 7, 1931, in Waterloo, Iowa, and was a son of George and Bessie Euchner. He was a Marine Corps veteran of the Korean War and later was a toolmaker in manufacturing. He enjoyed golf, and his passion was woodworking. He was a member of Risen Savior Lutheran Church and loved his children and the rest of his family.

Survivors include his wife, Connie; two daughters, Martha Alden of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Pamela "PJ" Fecht of Weatherford, Texas; a son, Rick J. Euchner of Waterloo; a brother, James Euchner of Cedar Falls, Iowa; 11 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Kopf; a son, Michael Euchner; and two brothers, Richard and Russell Euchner.

Plants rather than flowers may be sent, or make a memorial contribution to a charity of the donor’s choice.
