Cecilia C. Montijo

ELOY - Celia C. Montijo, 68, of Eloy died Feb. 19, 2008 at Casa Grande Regional Medical Center.


Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at J. Warren Funeral Services, Valley Chapel.

Mrs. Montijo was born April 29, 1939 in Pirtleville and was a daughter of Severino and Baudelina Cevedia. She was a homemaker and loved her family and attending the Kingdom Hall. She also loved flowers, the music of Freddy Fender, going to Rocky Point, Mexico, once a year with her family and visiting her sisters-in-law and her hometown of Douglas.

Survivors include four daughters, Debbie Sauceda, Linda Salinas and Patti A. Corral, all of Eloy, and Gloria Montijo of Arizona City; five sons, Ricky, Arthur, Freddy, Jerry and Anthony Montijo, all of Eloy; four brothers, Edward Cevedia of Somerton, Frank Cevedia of Picacho, Miguel Cevedia of Eloy and John Cevedia of Gilbert; 35 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arturo, and a brother.
