Carlos Elias Jr.

CASA GRANDE - Carlos Elias Jr., 67, died on Dec. 29, 2018, in Casa Grande.

Mr. Elias was born on Jan. 16, 1951, to Carlos and Alicia Elias in Magdalena, Sonora, Mexico. He lived in Jamul, California, for 36 years before moving to Casa Grande.

He enjoyed golf, barbecuing, mariachi concerts and travel.

Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Sylvia; two sons and a daughter, Carlos D. Elias of Casa Grande, Sonia Esparza and Marco Elias of San Diego; four siblings, Margarita, Ernesto, Juan and Francisco Elias; and nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister, Lucia.

Rosary recited at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 11, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. Funeral Mass celebrated at 10. Reception following in St. Anthony Community Center.
