Mr. Johnson was born on Dec. 11, 1958, in Casa Grande to William and June (Wickersham) Johnson.

Survivors include three siblings, Shirley A. Ramos, William H. "Bill" Johnson and Barbara Gould. He was preceded in death by his parents and two siblings, Robert "Bob" and Vicki Johnson.
