Brandon Sam

SACATON - Brandon Sam, 20, of Sacaton died May 12, 2007 at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix.

Visitation will be from 6 to 11 p.m. Saturday at the Clarence Garcia home, 411 Seed Farm Road. The funeral there will be at 6 a.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Sacaton East Cemetery.

Mr. Sam was born Oct. 2, 1986 in Phoenix. He worked as a stocker.

Survivors include his companion, Kendra Lewis; a daughter, Mary Jane Sam of Sacaton; his mother and stepfather, Vera and Clarence Garcia of Sacaton; two brothers, Bradley Smith of Sacaton and Steven Phillips of San Carlos; four sisters, Marcella Osife of Phoenix, Tina Williams of Casa Blanca, Rebecca and Michelle Smith of Laveen; and grandparents, Charlie and Rose Sam of Dilcon, Ariz. He was preceded in death by his father, Ernie Garcia.
