Born in Greensburg, PA, she was daughter of Kenneth and Ruth Russell. Before moving to AZ she owned and operated a day-care center in PA for more than 20 years. Know as "Aunt Bert", she and her twin sister owned and operated a ranchette minifarm for more than 20 years. She loved children and cats.
