Bellamy Lewis

CASA BLANCA - Bellamy Nichole Lewis, infant daughter of Carrie Jackson and Cecil Lewis Jr. of Casa Blanca, was born and died on Dec. 25, 2014, at Chandler Regional Medical Center.

The graveside service will be at 9 a.m. Saturday in Vah-Ki Cemetery, with Monsignor Ed Meulemans officiating.

Other survivors include three brothers, Joshua, Thomas and Brenden Etsitty, all of Sacaton; two sisters, Felicity Lewis of San Xavier and Jaidyn Etsitty of Sacaton; and grandparents, Cecil Lewis of Casa Blanca and Pamela Jackson of Sacaton. She was preceded in death by grandparents, Lillian Lewis and Byron Stewart.
