Barbara Jane Ferro

Barbara Jane Ferro, 67, of Casa Grande died on Oct. 9, 2013, at Oasis Pavilion Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
The celebration of life will be at 11 a.m. Nov. 8 at First Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. Dr. Ben Seller officiating.
Mrs. Ferro was born on Sept. 4, 1946, in Willoughby, Ohio, and was a daughter of James C. Evans and Olga P. Rinas. She was self-employed in the technology field, and her family was important to her, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed scrapbooking and sewing, especially counted cross-stitch.
She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, a deacon and committee member. She also served on a Pinal County Foster Care Review Board. She was selected for Who’s Who Among Professional and Executive Women in 1987.
Survivors include her husband, Emanuel "Manny" Ferro; a son, Larry Beardsley of San Diego; a daughter, Sarah LaPorte of Casa Grande; four sisters; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a brother, John Evans, and a daughter, Kim Beardsley.
