Avery Angel Rose, infant daughter of Domonique and Leonard Rose of Casa Grande, was born and died on April 10, 2015, at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.

Other survivors include a brother, Leonard Rose Jr. of Casa Grande; a sister, Peyton Rose of Casa Grande; and grandparents, Richard and Irma Rose and Jessie Hernandez, all of Casa Grande, and Monica Anaya of Arizona City.
