Alton Miller

Alton Lawrence Miller, 84, of Casa Grande died on March 30, 2013, at Family Tys Assisted Living.
The celebration of life will begin at 10 a.m. April 20 at Toltec Evangelical Methodist Church, with the Rev. Jeff Bishop officiating.
Mr. Miller was born on Jan. 18, 1929, in Plymouth, Mich., and was a son of Wilhelmina Hauk and Lawrence Miller. He was assistant superintendent of building and grounds at Central Arizona College. He was a member of Toltec Evangelical Methodist Church and loved playing golf, woodworking, working in his yard and spending time with his family, especially the children.
Survivors include two sons, Jeff S. Miller of Casa Grande and Alan L. Miller of Eloy; a brother, Dwight Miller of Georgia; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Mary Ann.
