Albert Laurence Soatikee

Born in Pine Bluff, Ark., he lived in various parts of the world during his father's military career. He excelled in swimming and opportunities through a gifted children's program in Huntsvill, Ala. He enjoyed boating, sports, hunting and competing in academic decathlons and debate teams. He graduated from Casa Grande Union High School in 1986 and attended Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa, and the University of Phoenix. While in Phoenix he was active in promoting cultural arts in the Hispanic and Native American communityes. His favorite pastime was riding his bicycle on long-distance trips and he also enjoyed culinary arts and once had a catering business.
