Adelita Mejia

Adelita Chairez Mejia - passed away peacefully on May 10, 2021 at the age of 77. Born to Manuel C. and Juanita V. Chairez in Casa Grande, AZ on October 21, 1943. She is the eldest of 9 children.
She married Henry E. Mejia on June 24, 1961. Survived by 5 children; 3 sons; Juan E. Mejia Jr., Robert Mejia Sr., and Richard M. Mejia Sr., and 2 daughters; Diana Margarita Arias and Janette Mejia all of Casa Grande. Family continues to grow, 25 grandchildren, 49 great and 4 great great grandchildren.
Adelita retired from Casa Grande Elementary School District from 1969 to June 2000.
She is a firm believer of our Lord Jesus Christ and was baptized September 1995. The Lord will have the last word.
She went on to meet Her maker.
