SACATON - Colleen A. Ochoa, 57, died April 8, 2009 at Kindred Hospital.


Visitation will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Thursday at the Komatke Learning Center. The funeral will be at 6 a.m. Friday at First Pima Baptist Church in Sacaton, with the Rev. Aaron Johns officiating. Burial will be in East Sacaton Cemetery.

Ms. Ochoa was born May 19, 1951 in Sacaton. She was a field nurse.

Survivors include a daughter, Carla Jackson of Sacaton; two sisters, Manuella Wilson of Bapchule and Mary Molina of Sacaton; a brother, Dwayne Whitman Sr. of Sacaton; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Manuel Ochoa and Verna Jackson, and a son, Aaron Holmes.
