Linda Cipriano

Linda Sue Cipriano, 59, died on Nov. 22, 2017, at Abrazo West Campus in Goodyear.

Ms. Cipriano was born on Sept. 30, 1958, in Ajo to Guillermo T. and Nellie J. (Juan) Victor. She enjoyed listening to all kinds of music, visiting with friends and meeting new people. She was known for her traditional basket weaving.

In her fun times she would go sightseeing and sit and play with her grandchildren. Her favorite movies were "The Twilight Series." A part of Kateri Native Ministry, she received much support from attending church and from an Alcoholics Anonymous group in her area. She was an educational assistant for the San Lucy School District in the preschool and kindergarten programs.

Survivors include two daughters, Carrie and Arlinda, and two sons, Nathan and Gary Jr. of San Lucy; a sister, Corrine Lopez of Phoenix; and 20 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral Mass celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 30, at St. Lucy Catholic Mission, with visitation following until 3:30 p.m. Burial at 4 in Pioneer Cemetery.
